School Closings and Delays:


           In the event of severe thunderstorms or other circumstances that may cause school closings and delays, the following guidelines are followed:


                -If Little Hands has a one – or two-hour delay, service will begin at 10 am.

-Parents will be notified about school closings and delays via phone (text messaging/calls/emails) at our earliest convenience.

-When Little Hands is closed early or all day, school buildings are not available for after-school activities by private or public organizations.

-If weather is bad during evening departure, children will stay inside the building until parents are pulled up and ready to buckle their child in.

-Little Hands is closed and WILL NOT provide care during the following holidays:

-Thanksgiving Eve -Thanksgiving Day

-Christmas Day through January 2. 

- 4th of July

- Labor Day

-Memorial Day

-MLK day

-12 personal days (professional development days, personal days, etc).
