Delivery and Departure of Children Policy:


This policy outlines procedures for parents or guardians dropping off and picking up children from the center. It includes safety measures, authorized individuals, and communication protocols.


            -Attendance records must be kept, including each child’s name, arrival time, departure time, and the signature of the person delivering or collecting the child. (Parents must sign children in/out upon arrival/departure). 

-Parents must drop children off no later than 10:00 a.m. unless discussed otherwise. (Children must be fed prior to late drop off).

-Parent must also pick children up NO LATER than 5:30 p.m.

-If child is not picked up within 2 hours of the end of service, the local police will be notified. 

-Diapers are provided by the center during service care, however extra clothing must be sent with children in case of accidents.

-If child is not potty trained, they MUST be in a diaper/ pullup. (We will try our best to help with potty training during service hours).

- Formula is not provided by the center. Parents must bring formula to be dropped off with their child. (No baby cereal or "stage" foods will be given to infants unless they meet the age requirements.)


            -Children may only leave the premises if they are:

                           -Given the to the parent, caregiver, or authorized persons.

                           -Requiring medical, hospital, or ambulance care or treatment due to an emergency.

 

**Children must be awake and alert before handing over to the teachers and back to the parents. **
