Welcome to Little Hands Early Learning Center! My name is Kashada Watson-Jiles, I am the owner and childcare provider and am thrilled to have you and your child join our childcare family.

     My passion for early childhood education began at a young age and deepened even further when I became a mother to two preschool-aged sons. I hold an Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and plan to continue advancing my education.

        I am certified in adult and pediatric First Aid, CPR, AED, and medication administration. With over five years of experience as an educational leader, I have supported young learners in building strong developmental foundations for future success. I’ve supported young learners through hands‑on activities, emotional development, and creative play that builds confidence and curiosity.

    At Little Hands Early Learning Center, I specialize in creating a warm, home‑based environment for children 18 months to 5 years old. My approach blends structure with imagination — from themed learning days to affirmations that help children feel seen, valued, and capable. I also aim to create a safe, nurturing community where children can thrive. I am committed to fostering each child’s growth by providing a supportive, rich environment tailored to their unique needs.

 I believe deeply in partnering with families, offering open communication, consistency, and support throughout your child’s early learning journey. Every day, I strive to make Little Hands a place where children feel loved, families feel supported, and learning feels like an adventure.
