Philosophy:

Here at Little Hands, our philosophy is to prioritize learning through active involvement, teamwork, and critical thinking. We believe that every child is unique and must dwell in an environment that is supportive of their development. Young learners are encouraged to participate in firsthand active learning experiences while engaging their physical, cognitive, and social/emotional development.

                                                Theory:

At Little Hands we practice the constructivism theory. Constructivism is a learning theory that believes young learners cannot retain information by passively receiving it, instead they must be an active participant in their learning development to build their own understanding of the world around them. It promotes a deeper understanding of the knowledge presented by giving the young learners an opportunity to build their own understanding of the world around them and incorporate their knowledge into schemas.
